1/8 '65 Vette WIP needs wire mags

I have put aside this project for awhile, but would like to get back to it. I want to replicate my 1965 Corvette that I restored into a mild resto-mod in 1984. I chose a set of Enkei wire mags to with the theme, but have not been able to find such a wheel in 1/8 scale. I have a set of resin "snowflakes" like the Pontiac TransAms used, but the difference just bothers me. Any sources or suggestions?

Here's my first build of the model where I used the original stock color and wheel covers. I dismantled it, saved the chassis, and started over with the body.

I picked up 4 wheels recently on ebay that are very close. They are not deep enough though. My thoughts were to cast them and cut apart and do a separate mesh center. The seller said they were from a Tamiya R/C Jeep.

What would be the diameter of a 15 inch wheel in 1/8th? These measure 2.0385 in diameter. I'll try and put up a pic tomorrow.
