deward
This is my first post here, hopefully not my last so please be kind . This is the first time I've used styrene tube and I am learning as i go, so the quality of the bends are not that great but i am satisfied with it. The Jeep hood, grill, and firewall come from the daisy dukes jeep and is the only thing i will be using from the kit. everything else will be scratch built or parts box. This will be about 90% scratch built and now for the pictures The rear bar will be cleaned up before paint so don't worry about the spot with the putty. Racing seats are from the Aoshima lifted 4 runner. And here is how it is now, just some more tubing added.
Guest Davkin
I have a suggestion, use rod, not tube. Rod won't kink on you. David
Dag
Great concept and start there. Another suggestion to avoid the kinked tubing is to insert a wire in the tube and then bend it.
