Daniej01 Posted June 4, 2012 Author Share Posted June 4, 2012 Phone dump! Its about 99% done. The windshield was too small for the frame. So I was thinking how to fill the gap. I used a headphones wire casing and split it with a razor blade in one side. Then wrapped the windshield with it and glued in place. Did the same with the back glass. I used shrink tube and beeding wire to make the radiator hoses. Thanks to this forum for all the great ideas I got. Hope you all like it. HOLMES55 Posted June 4, 2012 Share Posted June 4, 2012 I had the same problem with the windshield being to small, I built up the window frame on the cab with some epoxy to get it to fit better.
