Vicky
Hi - In the 1:1 truck listing I have my a picture of my 1:1 truck. I'm doing a model of it. I'm using the Revell '29 Ford 3 in 1 Rat Rod for all the '29 parts - cab, engine and all sheet metal. I'm using the Min Craft 1931 closed cab pickup at 1:16 for the frame and drivetrain. Matt T.
Hi Vicky, Sounds interesting, combining the two scales. If you'd like to keep it all 1/25, I know a lot of builders that do AA trucks use the Italeri 'Opel Blitz' kit frame as a foundation on which to mount many American early truck bodies. The kit isn't widely available, but may be worth the effort in finding it. Good luck with the replica project!
