  1. Amazing fabrication, I'm amazed what you can do with the odds and ends around your house.
  2. cool project man, I'm subscribing to see how thing plays out, I like it so far!
  3. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I'll be starting some build threads soon, just waiting for some more supplies to come in.
  4. Looking good tyrone! Got a color picked out for the body yet?
  5. Love it! Any picture of the underside? Just wondering how you tucked those wheels so good.
  6. Hardest part of getting back into this is picking up all the supplies, paints, wires, figuring out what you guys are using now-a-days and trying to find it. I'm getting there.. Thanks for the warm welcome!
  7. Gorgeous paint, love the wheels too! Who makes them if I may ask?
  8. Now that is a work of art! Who makes these wheels?
  9. Nice ride! Who makes the wheels on this?
  10. Awesome car, great work! Who makes those wheels?
  11. Thanks Tyrone, getting back into modeling I'm saving all these new links on where to find all these cool resin parts. Been following your builds on facebook, I'm Mike Sobczynski on there, I'm sure you seen me posting on your builds. Trying to figure out how you do what you do, obviously lots and lots of experience. Looking forward to more progress on your builds!! I even gave you a shout out in my intro post ha.
  12. Unfortunately I'm from the west side of NY, buffalo area. I'd love to go, maybe one of these times I'll take the trip.
  13. Been reading quite a bit and I'm very excited to be getting back into this hobby. I've been out of it for a very long time as life has just not allowed me time to sit down, relax and build. So finally its time. I have a handful of old models that have been kicking around, damaged, etc that I'd like to rebuild and learn some new skills and also been collecting some drag kit models. Ive accumulated 2 STP pro stock firebirds, 1 2000ish firebird pro stock, 57 chevy pro mod, larry morgan pro stock olds cutlass and recently started building a 67 GTX just to knock some of the dust off my skills ha. Plans are to step up my skill set significantly, I'd like to rebuild my 67 Chevelle pro street model and try my hand at a tubular chassis using styrene also a 65-66 gto I'd like to do the same and build it something like Glenn Teet's top sportsman GTO. Lastly I have an old 55 chevy Charles carpenter, and a 69 Camaro I'd like to do something similar but more in the outlaw category much like Tyrone's builds on here. I've been stalking his builds quite a bit, very inspirational and motivational. So we'll see how it goes, I'm happy to be here and anxious to learn more. Mike
