Ira
MAKE IT SMOOTH!!! I used 4 Plastic Strips of to blend the Top Pieces with the body. Zap-A-Gap, Green Label Glue holds the Strips in place. Here are the Strips in place. I cut away the excess from the rear after the Strips were glued in... More Coming...

Ira
What i dont understand is how do you get so many awesome builds completed in a year. I cant find time to build a box stock car in the time you build one show stopper. Keep it up. I enjoy your builds. Thanks Gary! I have been building many kinds of models most of my life, so I have had a lot of practice. Since I have learned how to fix the modeling mistakes I make and make less mistakes, I have been building much faster...
Ira
Ira, I have no idea how you come up with these wild builds but I'm sure glad you do ! Thanks Ray!
Ira
MORE POWER!!! Two Big Jet Engines just aren't enough Power for the Stingray. I'm going to add Two More Engines, Clone Wars - Sublight Style Engines on the ends of the Wings. I started with two F-18A Hornet Jet Fighter parts, I think they are Gastanks or Bombs... I want the New Engines to line up with the body, so I marked a cut line that looked pretty close to what I wanted. Here is the wing after the cut... More Coming... Ridge Rider
That's coming along nicely Ira. The fit of all these parts is pretty close-great vision on this project-even if it's "in the cellar" at the bottom of the page.

Ira
MORE FINS!!! The F14 Tomcat Jet Engines are set up to have 2 Tail Fins, I'm going add another! I started by removing the top from one of the Tomcat Fins. The Fin Tops will be used later... Then I measured to find the Center line on the rear and made a Fin Slot with a Cut Off Wheel in a Dremel Tool. Here is the Center Fin in place, after a little Sanding and Shaping... More Coming... Ira
SHAVE IT OFF! I used Half-Round Plastic Strip to fill the "Snap-In" Slots. Then I removed all of the Romulan Markings from the top of the Stingray and applied some Filler/Primer. Next I drilled a hole in the underside and glued a length of Plastic Tubing in place. This Tubing will make the hole for the Steel Mounting Rod. More Coming...
