Showing the mufflers and center frame section is now bolted in place and the rear exhaust pipes are also connected in place. Showing every thing lit up under a flash, This show's how diffrent each color of the blacks are and the weathering on the exhaust pipes and the areas. Front end going together, Custom front shock and spring put in place. This is a kit from R&B Motion with a lot of changes to it so it was screwed in at the bottom of the strut and will have a cap over that section.

Rear swaybar arm getting put in. And the front swaybar arm connected. This is a true look at of also todays style (Nascar swaybar system

Also it's a replica of the DSE system you can see on a lot of the high end custom cars of today that compete at the Goodguys Autocross and the Optima Street Car Challange.

This is the boss plate that the hinges will be bolted to under the fender. You can see the boss has one bolt already in place and in the other side it will be bolted with the hydrolic rod hook up at.

Here is the hood with the hinge plate bolted in. There will be another one on the full hinge arms that will be on the body. I'm doing this as to show the detail is not left off the hood as the hood will not be on the body for show.

Here are the hood hinges bolted together and ready to go in and have the top plate bolted on it. I have to wait to put this in first before bolting on the plate as it has to go up from under the fender. Now i'm putting in the little detail bolts to hold the fender to the inner fender. They will be painted black after I get them all in. This is just the little detail that you will see in person more then in a photo.

Todays work is a Una ball joint, This ball joint is a rod puhsed press fitted into the a-arm and spindle and then two nuts hold it in place. The top A-arms from Howe ent, are a triangle top. The bottoms will be the square top that holds in the sleave. The uppers are in the a-arms now, And waiting for me to machine up the bottom ones so i can connect the front end all together.

Here is the axle spacer for the rear end and hold the caliper and rim. This will be painted black to blend in with the axle housing. Front spindle done and drop .100 center on this as to raise the front end up a little. This helps the ride height a lot.

Last ride height check before final build. The steering is all in place and the front end is now done and so is the chassis work other then clean up and polishing to be done. Ground clearnce you can see now the front end is not sitting on the ground and even though it's a little higher then I wanted it will work so nothing is dragging the ground. Showing the front end all done and the rack and pin steering connected to the spindles. This was a very long job trying to get every thing to line up and not fall apart to bolt in the right spots.
