dublin boy
This is what's left over depending on what way you build the amt kit. Just a bit of fun.

Harry P.
Shay... maybe a bit of detail on exactly how you got that very realistic look on the weathering?

dublin boy
Shay... maybe a bit of detail on exactly how you got that very realistic look on the weathering? Many thanks Gentlemen, I think I just got lucky, lol It was painted a very light gold, almost silver, than given some semi gloss black, which was just lightly sanded back, to give it a worn look. Everyone without exception who has actually seen it has said 'It's from the Waltons' The 5 window got similar treatment, sort of a rat rod with new mechanical bits. New paint won't make it go faster, so spend the money on the engine!
peekay
Nice work! Very convincing weathering - on the rod too.
