935k3
Cosworth WRC.Just finished the chassis and the body is ready for decals. I used Tamiya's weathering set(D) for the exhaust staining and Alclad Stainless Steel for the gas tank, Krylon White for body and chassis. dub
Very cool build! This is another small car from Ford with a lot of class. Too bad they never shipped 'em over here from Europe. Are you going to build it as "just finished a stage", or "just starting a heat"? Those rally pit crews in the SCCA keep those cars spotless when they aren't running. I would guess the WRC guys do the same. I've been to plenty of STPR events in Wellsboro Pa. and have actually seen a few of these in the metal. Very impressive cars both static and at speed in the forest! I wil be keeping an eye on this one! Edited October 25, 2007 by dub
MrObsessive
That's turnin' out great Dale! I'm still amazed that the gas tank in that one was painted with Alclad! Unreal finish!

935k3
Great looking build. Are you going to paint it in the official Ford colours? It will be this version minus the Night Stage lights. It looks allot cleaner without the extra lights.
