I've been modeling for 20+ years now and I'm mainly a box stock guy who does it just to relax and have fun. Here's my most recent build. DanR Posted February 20, 2011 Author Share Posted February 20, 2011 Alyn, Painting is still a hit or miss proposition for me after all these years. Sometimes I still do a terrible job. This was painted with Testor's Brass airbrush ready Metalizer. I used it purely on a whim and I ended up loving the end result. The interior was painted with a $1 can of Wal Mart Color Place red. The engine is also a Testors Metalizer - this time Burnt Iron. I chose this color strictly as a contrast to the brass body. I like the overall result. Thanks for the compliment!
