Finished: 1957 Nomad with my first wired Engine *PICS*

Finished this up about a week ago, but had to wait for the sun to actually come out before I could take some shots of it...

Kit was molded in a weird metallic blue (can be seen on the wheelbacks) but I painted it MML Royal Blue under clear. The interior is Krylon Short Cuts "Forever Blue" and that's a very odd paint to work with. I would say that it's not quite gloss, but not quite semi-gloss. It's also textured. The engine was wired, as was detailed not long ago. It was the first time I've EVER done that. I also cut off and raised the front spindles, but I could have done a better job on that. That was also the first time I had ever done that.

Um, just so you guys know, Billy hasn't been here in over 12 years.

I'm sure he'd appreciate the comments but I doubt he'll see them.
