AMT will probably end up in more capable hands than RC2 eventually, so if it is tooled up this year it'll probably be a decent kit and live on. Probably, being the key word. I think it's a wise tooling investment regardless of AMT's post-2007 scenario. I think they're just looking for a buyer, and getting people to buy their stuff now via their announcement to keep the product moving. Classic "get it now, it'll be gone soon" sales tactic.
