I've been hooked on vehicles of one sort or another since my father put a model of a then-contemporary Indy car in my crib with me in 1947. It was downhill from then on. I've been building models off and on for about 50 years...but I've just recently returned to building after a 15-year hiatus, while I worked mainly on full-sized projects. Over the last few years my health has kinda deteriorated and this past winter I've been tethered to an oxygen tube. (And I quit smokin about 13 years ago!) That's kept me from workin on the Model A pickup in the garage...so I got back to building models. Seriously, most of the modelers I know have had one form of major health problem or another. That is the therapy part of this hobby, that seems to keep all of us together. Great to see you, hope to see more of your projects on the board, and don't be afraid to ask for anything you need. We all like to help each other out when we can!
