hemi Posted June 30, 2012 Share Posted June 30, 2012 Here we have a custom chevy Luv mini truck,This is from the Revell lightning rods series from the mid 80's. The kit was pretty much built box stock,with the exeption of the wheels,and indution system wich came from the revell hotrod series Fullsize step side truck,and the side pipes that came from the monogram desert rat datsun mini truck,all 3 of these kits have pretty much the same engine,exhaust and wheel's/tire's with only minor changes so making each one look a bit different than the box art was a snap.Any way this is the way I thought the truck looked best.One day I will add the yellow and pink stripes to the hood and bodysides so it looks really close to the box art model wich is what drew me to the kit in the first place,Any way dont be afraid to tell me what you think about it.
