dwc43
Picked up a 71 Charger R/T today. Pretty much just like the last issue of the kit from AMT. Thing is there are some extra decals that some might like to know about. They added Pro, Pro Street, Street, and Heavy along with some dial in window numbers ranging from mid 13's down to mid 10's. So some that might want these to build drag cars with can pick them up and use the decals for that or make copies of them. I'm going to pick up a few to use the chassis under some other race car bodies. And I'll use the engines with there formed a/c parts in my cop cars I have planned. ChrisPflug
Definitely one of my favorite parts kits- wish they included the "Street Machine" tailpipes and Air Grabber/Ramcharger parts from the Street Machine version though
dwc43
Yeah, I would not mind having the air grabber option myself. I can only build so many stock 71's though. I wished they would put out the 73-4 version. A lot of 70's race car fans would love that, but, with this kit you can rob the chassis and put it under the old MPC bodies if you can afford to get one off of e bay. At least they made the upper a arms bigger and more realistic than the ones on the Monaco. I was surprised to see the drag strip dial in times on the decal sheet though. ChrisPflug
I've got a pretty big stash of 71-74 MPC B-bodies- the chassis and running gear is great to upgrade that '72 Road Runner or '74 Charger The 1:1 70-74 E bodies also used much the same floorpan and chassis so aways potential there as well
