My Other Garage...

Here is my 2nd garage... it's almost complete, just took pics to see how it will look. I'm changing the name to "MIDWEST AUTO CENTER" that's why some letter's are missing. The blue Nova on the right is going to stay in the dio, it was a car given to me by a co-worker that built it as a kid a loooong time ago. I just repainted the interior and the chassis and changed the tires and rims. The black primer one in the middle is the same Nova that I just got a month ago, which is going thru an "update". The Camaro on the left is one I took out of my showcase just to fill in the garage.

The final plan will be to have this on a 40inch X 20inch base with the Ford Louisville truck on the left side of the garage with boxes of supplies in it. On the right side will be some cars parked ready to be worked on. The motorcycles I got off of e-bay for $10 (for both) and fit with the "speed" theme of the shop. All comments and criticisms welcome, well, comments anyway

Updated pics... 5-09 I just have to find some thin yellow tape for the lines around the Garage for parking... and glue the "MIDWEST AUTO" sign up on the Garage....

Hey George, I think this garage was put together very well  The only letter's that I'm not using on the front are the "BROTHER'S" and that will change to "MIDWEST". As for the sign on the inside, thanks for the tip, I just might have some plastic left over from the window covers that came with the garage  Just have to straighten out the edges... I'm having fun with this garage, check out my photobucket under garages and you can see the boyz also in one of the pics, look thru the window closely

Hey jeryd, that's why they AREN'T in the garage, 'cause they are built ford tough :D Now that you brought that to my attention, I'll probably have to cover it with a half-naked girl poster  But, thanks for the compliments on the garage. I'm sure it will change a bit, I did this as a test shot to see how everything fit and looked. The primered Nova will be getting tubbed in the near future and since there is a metal axle that goes thru the engine compartment, I'll probably leave it on the jack stands, I might even put a coat of paint on the car to.... but haven't decided on a color yet.

  • 1 year later...

Just got this sweet little Flatbed in the mail recently to add to my garage dio. I just have to finish up the sign and the parking lot and this baby will be parked in front  Riding piggy-back in my version of AMT's "Dukes of Hazard" Charger. It's "inprogress" of getting restored.
