  1. Very nice build ! Love the paint scheme !
  2. Lotsa work went into that build !👍
  3. Wow, they're both awesome. However, being a custom man, the blue one is the one that really "speaks to me" !
  4. I love doing showtrods and "Toon-rods", however I prefere do make my own designs, not just buy and build any "stock kit". Here's something I've had on my mind for quite a few years. A german 1941 VW Type 82 "Kübelwagen" with a "crazy out of scale driver, sticking his head out the closed cab". Started out as a 12H challenge build (didn't make the limit of course...) and was finished last week. The car body is from a chinese modelkit by Bluetank Company and 1/24th scale. The rest is pure imagination, spare parts, a PEZ-dispenser and loads of scrachbuilding.

Very nice build! I detailed mine usieng leftover parts from a Franklin Mint Diecast, including the bubbletop!
  6. Rudy's "revenge" keeps going. The widowed Mrs Santa has now been kidnapped by Rudy and he's taking her down to Ft Myers, FL , where he runs a surf shack at the beach....
  7. Mock up of my latest WIP, "Trophy Hunter" , a showrod built from scrapped showrod parts I had laying around...
  8. Just like many years before I was invited to a christmas-challenge. This year everyone got a 1963 Chevy II wagon to build. I did mine almost out of the box, I only changed the wheels , the engine and the steering-wheel. I also converted it to 2-door delivery style and instead of the trailer included in the kit, I made my own fully scratchbuilt trailer. Everything was built in a total of 27 days.
  9. ....and now, what'll happen this year? Well, so far I can only tell You there's a 1963 Chevy II Wagon to be built no later than Jan 14th , stay tuned
  10. .....Rudy grew up to be a very big and strong reindeer. One day he managed to "finish off " Santa. He took an axe and a big saw. Rudy chopped Santa into pieces and put everything except Santa's head in a black sack. Then throw all of it into the back of an old 1964 Plymouth Hearse .
