Rick Schmidt Posted February 20, 2009 Share Posted February 20, 2009 Yesterday I recieved a box from MercuryMan and in it along with other needed stuff was this monster. As ya can see it needs some work but is in decent shape. It is missing a few things like the motor and hood tho. I think I can reshape a 65 hood to work since the 64 seems to have a plain flat hood. Is the 65s Motor and chassis the same as the 64 kits ?? I know the chassis fits just fine cause its parked on one right now. I'm also curious about if this kit was reissued or did it give its life at some point for the 65s that may be giving theirs for it ?? The box of goodies the lincoln came in has an entire trunk lid from the 65 kit in it .... not really sure I wanna know of that poor cars fate lol But now I know what to use that lid for.
