DriftingRookie
Now I see why the instructions say to put the serpentine belt on once the body was in place. Sanded down the tires to make it look like have been used. Going to get some flat rubber to apply to the bottom quarter panel foe the look of it had done burn outs. Zarana-X
I think Roadkill has the same idea as me, (small, agile, dodging traffic) except I'll have room for supplies and spares. Which engine is in that Stratos? I forgot what the options were.

Pat Minarick
The Torino gets a facelift fore and aft. At the rear I've lopped off a scale 6-inches and added a piece from my inherited parts box so I couldn't tell you what it's from. In the front I'm using the custom grill and lower chin from the 64 Chevelle wagon. Just had to slightly trim the sides to fit. The lower piece dropped in unchanged. Still need to re-nose the hood to fit the grill better. Giving it a fender treatment now so I'll have photos when it's ready to present. I like it ! 64SS350
Well this is my first time building a Johan kit. Wow, these kits are a lot of work and don't offer a lot of detail. Here's a possible rim choice, and Modelhaus hood, also started painting the chassis

Roadkill2525
Finished removing mold lines, retaining pins for the body and louvers, deeping panel lines and seeing what other body work there is to do. Pins will be replaced with some from Crazy Modeler.
Jantrix
Now I need to figure out how to make it look like it could finish the race I think treaded tires and a more appropriate engine would be a good start. EDIT- Nevermind, I see the tires ARE treaded. Good work. Edited January 13, 2014 by Jantrix
