Chuck Most
At a quick glance I see all sorts of flaws on that '57... would such an obviously flawed model even be worthy of coverage in such a prestigious peroidical?
moparfarmer
Good one Harry. I was at an IPMS show in our city this September and they had a pile for sale. Ten minutes later there was an empty box.

Boreham
These look like Scale auto covers which I've subcribed to Scale Auto for 9 years now ,and I find it a very good magazine. Is it a direction change for MCM or special editions , if so do you need to be a subcriber.?

Terror
What I don't get is the paint flake scale debate? If the flake WAS in scale would you see it with 1:1 eyes?I know mine wouldn't.

I agree. Metalflakes in 1/25 scale would be invisible.

Repstock
There are those who like to relax with the hobby and have fun. Others strive for excellence. I don't see that one is more legitimate than the other. I realize this is tongue-in-cheek, but would you enjoy a magazine with the lead story "Make your Lonestar look like a snap kit", or "Forget accuracy...we show you how to make it EASIER!" I know some "rivet counters" are too vocal with their "opinions", but isn't this doing the same thing in a different way?
