ratdoggy
Doing the Monogram Garbage truck....Any suggestions as to colors of the band? Also looking to get "depth" on the figures I tried a light wash of black but it looked crappy. I do have earth toned chalk. Should I just use the next darkest color and hit them with Dullcote? Thanks for looking!
ShredHippie
Looking cool...I have been wanting to buy this kit because of the music theme. My first suggestion is to make the guitars different colors...you hardly ever see matching instruments on stage. It looks like they are both guitar players.. you should designate the fu-manchu guy as the bass player and make his outfit a bit more odd/radical than the guitarist. The singer would be hot as a redhead in a green dress..a blonde in a black dress would be cool too. Does she have a microphone? if not you should make one.. Some 60s style Vox or Marshall amps would look good behind them too.

I'll agree the guitars should be different too
disabled modeler
Dull coat helps some I use it on my scale figures...I always had a soft spot for some of the Monogram show rod kits...loved them as a kid still do.
