A friend of mine casts these tires . They are rear slicks from the red baron, street fighter, almost every tom daniel kit. they have an insert and he casts that in white . You can get an original tires and paint the insert.

Its a kinda ruff one . mine had a crease in the bubble, useless. And you are correct , The interior is a scratch builders job.

Throw the bubble away cause it sucks. Go to the craft store (I went to acmoore) and they have clear , 2 piece xmas balls for .68
