At last night's MassCar meeting, I was given an unbuilt 2010 Mustang GT- also known as one of the few modern cars I find attractive.

The fellow who was building it had a bit of an incident with the body. Presently, I'm attempting to figure out how to fix it (major glue/paint goober, and the windows are glued in, making repainting a bit dicey.)

I was wondering- if the body can't be salvaged to my liking, does anyone make, or are there plans to make, a convertible in resin?

About three or four years ago, Tim Boyd converted the '05-'09 style to a ragtop in the other mag, other than scratchbuilding the convertible specific inner quarter panels and scratchbuilding a top boot (neither of which were too offputting as far as effort goes) it was pretty straightforward- lop off the stock across the top of the windshield and cut the roof just above the beltline.
