Stock is the way I want to go with it......I wasn't sure about the color but the more I look at it the more I like it.... -
Hi guys. I'm currently working on my 1960 pickup. This is the first time I've ever worked with bare metal foil but I sure enjoyed working with it. The colour is Bright Aqua Pearl by Model Master. I am going to add stained wooden slats to the bed. Those there are the rough draft....Made them out of wood trimmings from the shop. Let me know what you think. Sorry for the repost as I realized after the fact there was a truck section......Thanks. Mike

Thanks guys. The backdrop picture I took over 25 years ago in Alberta on Highway 11 just off the Jasper Highway. Onto the next one! A 1978 Chevy Step Side Shortbox P/U! Mike

Yeah.... I realized that I forgot to do the chrome around the windows. Mind is in another dimension I guess.

Hi guys. I just finished my 55 Bel Air. I am quite happy with the way it turned out. There are little flaws here and there but that is all part of getting back into shape. It was the 1st time I ever did spark plug wires. I know now for next time the little tricks. Thanks for looking and am open for feedback good or pleasently constructive.

What size drill bit for spark plug wires or boots?
rockermikey replied to DWR's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
For those of you Canada, Princess Auto has the Pin Vises (they call them jewelry drills) for $9.99 with 3 bits. Mike -
Just love it! Looking at all the different color combos gets my creative juices flowing! Thanks for sharing. Mike

Here is the start of something beautiful (I hope). I went with Model Masters "Big Bad Blue" I am still debating on interior color. Am thinking Duck Egg Blue or along those lines. I will keep you posted on the progress. Mike
