Petetrucker07
I finally picked up the fair handbook today. I think it would be cool if this contest can get big again. They've been slowly making the model contest smaller and smaller over the years. When I first entered, about 18 years ago, there was 10 to 15 classes. Now this year, only 6. Since this a 10 day long deal, they need entry forms in early, the entries in, weeks in advance, to allow time for judging and display set up for the department. I have never had a problem with damage or mishandling. They do have on line registration, sbcfair.com, or handbooks can be picked up at the fair office in Victorville, Ca, county offices like libraries. Here's the info I have, direct from the handbook.
