Mikevango
Do you think hobby lobby will exchange this can of paint for me. I don't have the receipt. I got my van all ready to do the roof. I pressed the nozzle and the paint came out in a stream like a squirt gun. Luckily I didn't hit the van with it.
Petetrucker07
All you can do is try. The worst they can say is no.

Snake45
They probably will. You might have to demonstrate the problem. If they don't, buy another can, and use THAT receipt for a refund of the bad one in a couple days. In my experience, though, these days most businesses are trying very hard to keep customers happy and keep them coming back.
angelo7
I think they'll exchange it. Is that a Phantom Ford Econoline Van? That one is in my "to buy" list.
Tom Geiger
Try changing nozzles with another Testors can. I had that recently work with a can that just wasn't spraying right.
High octane
That's the FIRST thing I would do, is to try another nozzle or two. Usually that works.
martinfan5
I am going to agree with Tom and Nick, just try a different nozzle , that should take care of the issue, no need to try and return the can.
Mikevango
Yea, maybe I'll try another nozzle. I don't know I was just let down. I was working all day on the dang thing. Yea its the phantom ford. Edited March 2, 2015 by Mikevango
jas1957
I recently complained in an email direct to Testors about some of thier Model Master bottle paint. They asked to see a photo of the UPC codes on both bottles. A couple weeks later I got a refund check for them. Maybe take your problem right to the top. StevenGuthmiller
I used to get a lot of Testors paints that had bad nozzles. When I finally found a good one, I'd switch it from can to can. Steve
slusher
They are real good about exchanges. I don't think you will have a problem...
Zarana-X
Make them exchange it. I always do a test spray on a nearby trashcan or someone before I aim it at the model.
Mikevango
I tried a different nozzle off a different testors metal flake can and it still comes out in a stream. I will exchange this week sometime.
