Jim Kampmann
Thought I would post a couple photos of my 150 since I got it up on wheels for the first time yesterday. Now I just have to finish it! Got inspired by a '56 SS/O Chevy in the latest Drag Racing magazine so I thought I would build my '57 similar to that setup. Engine isn't finished and neither is the interior. Engine will have the Jerico trans. Chassis is the AMT newer '57 street machine. Paint is Tamiya orange with Testors Classic White lacquer. Tires are from the 150 kit (front) and Polar Lights funny cars (rear). Got a lot left to do but hopefully it will be in Milwaukee next month! Thanks for looking! One of our brother members, he just goes by "H" built one that looks just like yours(the paint at least) and I'm pretty sure he won something with it at this years Detroit Auto-Rama. Your in good company kidd-o caz "H" is GOOD!!!!!
