Them "snake eyes" are too cool. They have their place day or night.

If you see me driving in the daytime and my headlights caught your eye, I can almost be assured that that you will not pull out in front of me.

Hence the phrase "daytime running lights"

And if everyone has their lights on all the time, how do you catch my eye any more or less than anyone else?

Not needed. If you can't see a car in broad daylight, you shouldn't be driving.

I reckon DRLs are great idea. Especially when driving toward the sun in the morning or evening. My car come with led DRLs and they don't blind people. Cheers

I had a 94 Ford Ranger with black headlight covers and taillight covers with legal tinted windows.. I always thought it looked good but I was still young. Now I would not use them for anything but I have my windows tinted, helps keep the car cooler but its legal tint no black out stuff...
