Albert Wallace Jr.
I'm trying to give this out-of-the-ordinary built a new lease on life. This is the way I got it... Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki ...and here's where I'm at now. I lowered it, and it's painted with the new "Inca Gold" from Testors. The bumpers will be replated. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki I'm still not sure of the wheels/tires, Hosted on Fotki The wheels on the left are from "Aoshima", #98, Volk Racing GT-C, and on the right are from Pegasus. I'm still undecided Hosted on Fotki The interior was repainted from an awful brown, to this light tan, and will be tu-toned a lighter shade, with BMF, and some flocking. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki ...stay tuned... Albert
Fisher61
Very cool, I love '61 Fords! I did't know Hubley ever made plastic kits, all I remember is metal kits from them. This wagons proportions look perfect, any idea of anything else they did in plastic?
george 53
Beautiful Save!!! It's great to see these old models get the attention they deserve! Yours is too cool, the color, the wheels( personally, I like the Pegasus wheels) It looks awesome! Bill, I don't know what else Hubley made, but I have one of their 60 Ford 4 dr. wagons, But it's nowhere as cool as this one!
