Work continues. Chassis and engine done, with DeSoto bumpers from the Revell 49 Merc, fishtail dual pipes from Norm Veber, and a trailer hitch to tow my teardrop trailer. Also got some painting done. Next project will be cutting up the window glass to fit, then trial fitting the interior shell again.

Can anyone download a map? Having trouble with my map apps. Coming east on I-70 or I-74.

I like those massive disc brakes, and the Jay's wheels have a sort of Art Deco look which suits an Art Deco car.

Looks like this kit has a custom LaSalle grille. Building this project stock or custom?

Is this 1/24th scale (old Monogram)? If so Norm Veber (Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland) had a chopped top for these, like the AMT one, if you want to go that way.
