  1. I suggest finding some plastic picnic spoons and try different paint applications before starting on the model itself. Having used Tamiya Pearl White, I would also suggest a base coat of White Primer and then the Pearl White paint. The pearl White paint does not cover a darker color well and you end up with several coats of paint and the loss of body details because of that.
  2. Great looking Drag setup. The Tech. guys might put this in a different class. Like the way you mixed and blended the two kits together.
  3. I remember a Broncho this same color in town when these first came out. Great looking finishes and the wheels and tires belong on this.
  4. Great looking paint and stripe combination. The interior looks really nice as well.
  5. Beautiful looking colors and great finishes. The added engine details go a long way under the hoods.
  6. The paint finish looks nice and smooth. The subtle color and lack of RR markings give it the sleeper look. Like the paint wheels and dog dishes the white letter Good Years are the only give away.
  7. Great looking paint color and finish. The chrome trim is all neatly done. The interior and engine finish are all very realistic looking. Should win something at the NNL East show.
  8. Great looking paint finish and color. Like all the added 3D parts.
  9. Great looking Box Art style build.
  10. Beautiful looking paint finish and color. I like the interior color you used along with the engine and drive line. The flat hood makes it look more like a car that could be driven even if it was raining.
  11. Another good source for what you may be looking for would be www.TX3Dcustoms.com.
  12. Like the chassis front end work.
  13. I bought one of the original issues years ago, still unbuilt by the way. After unboxing the model and seeing what it was, I just put it back in the box and put it away.
  14. Glad you're getting this put together. The reason I mentioned the problem is that I have found a few interior packages when assembled were wider than the interior of the body and would hit on one side or the other. Sometimes have even had to narrow the dash mounting allowing the interior sides to narrow enough to fit. This would also not allow the chassis to fit completely into the body and issues like you mentioned have been some of the additional problems. Like the side trim and color you used on this.
