Rogers FG35D trailer with excavator

Recommended Posts

Finally reached the finish line with this project. It’s my first attempt with a scratch build. The only problem I encountered was the mounting pins for the stationary end of the ramp cylinders. I snapped both of them off yesterday. No room to drill out the broken pins. Lesson learned?…next time use brass or aluminum rod! Thanks for looking :) Now for the next project…

The excavator looks good to, where did you get it

Thanks Clayton... this is the NewRay excavator. The kit that it comes with says 1/32 scale but the excavator scales out to 1/25 :)

Well either you were already planning on pulling it with the tri-axle, or you did that for me! Im speechless man! This is the nicest scratcbuilt lowboy Ive seen. Maybe because its a slightly different style than the norm. It looks great

Thanks Terry...I'm glad you like it :D
