The axles are a bit wide (1/24),but i can live with it Edited May 27, 2010 by cobra98

cobra98
Thanks guys Nick, the axles are from the monogram chevy stepside 4x4 kit. James, haven't decided on a color yet, any suggestions? Edited May 27, 2010 by cobra98
Jordan White
Personally I would have re-arched the springs and attached taller shackles to give it a bit more lift. Looks kinda tame sitting at stock height! As far as color, I think a nice bright red would look great on it. Of course you would have to make sure to have a white base coat for it to really pop. jedimastergary
Looks good so far it could use a little lift to make it look better

disabled modeler
Hi Joe!... If you use the topper on it I think it could use some windows in it for more realistic look...it may work better for it? Looks good so far! Keep at it...
Jared Roach
Looks good so far! I wouldn't use the topper, I think they look dumb on pick ups. You can also buy 1:1 toppers with no windows, so ya
Maaso
Where did you get that topper?
JamesW
Where did you get that topper? From me. They come in the OOP AMT Snapfast C1500 Ext. Cab. It's not shown on the box, but it comes with it.
Chris guthro
Id say paint it the pewter color. Like the champaign gold you see the newer 2500Hd's running around with. Too bad nobody made the newer 8 lug GMC wheel that comes stock on the newer 3/4 tons.
