My latest completion: 1969 Pontiac Firebird

This is my latest completion. I actually finished it in Lake George, almost 3 weeks ago, but I have not gotten the chance to photograph it until yesterday.

It is the AMT kit that was just issued recently. I believe it may have been an MPC kit at one point though. The paint is Tamiya Mica Red and the kit is box stock, although, I did drill a hole in the chassis to make the front sit lower to the ground.

Thank you and enjoy the pictures!

Unfortunatly I messed up when painting the door handle, I was just holding it at an odd angle, and it ruined the whole side of the car, IMO

I didn't bring any Pontiac Engine blue with me, so I went with my stand by for customs, hot rods and whathaveyou, gold, for the engine.

I have been experimenting with BMFing the scripts before paint, and it worked well, even if it did not photograph well.

Thanks!
