MCM Ohana (6/6)

  1. Most of this kit fell together until time to put bed together. Not sure it something was warped or not but have big gaps where the fenders meet the bed. Also had a little trouble with the cab fit. Painted with white primer followed by ScaleFinishes Ford Wimbledon White and Acapulco Blue with several coats of Future. Interior was painted Tamiya Royal Blue with Blue flocking. Used Fireball Modelworks wheels, tires, and cab lights. Used the stock hubcaps but had to open the center holes for the locking hub to stick out All the body chrome was done with pens from Amazon.
  2. Built the Ram VTS a little different; without stripes as a street truck. Painted with gray primer followed by ScaleFinishes Mystery Color Rover Green followed by several coats of Future. Wh eels and tires are for a Viper from Jay's Resin. Interior painted Tamiya Nato Brown, Flat Earth, and German Gray with Tan flocking.
  3. Really like the color and stance
  4. By accident, lol. I think the primer left a slightly rough texture. The bottle of Tamiya Buff was old and had thickened up some which added to the texture
  5. Man, I love what you did with the colors
  6. Went outside my normal build area. Dang thing kicked my butt. I had a bunch of fitment issues which I think were my fault considering the number of these that have been built. Painted ScaleFinishes Mystery Color Peter Blue over gray primer followed by several coats of Future. Used aftermarket wheels and tires from Jay's Resins on eBay. Thanks for looking
  7. Built this kit, to resemble my first car Thanks for looking
