foxbat426
Hi, was wondering how you guys attach the front head beam lenses to the chrome grill. on my first build, 66 fairlane, i used the testors cement, but it didn't hold well and actually melted the lenses. almost done with this 73 duster - i'll be posting pics to "under glass" soon enough. Thx, john
GeeBee
For any clear parts I always use 2 part epoxy resin, Devcon clear is the one I favour ...
Dr. Cranky
I agree with Geoff, when you want anything to be permanent, go with the 2 part resin. I also like to use RANGER's "GLOSSY ACCENTS" for small jobs.
foxbat426
I tried some Future after reading another article - the lenses actually fit pretty sung, unlike the Fairlane i recently finished. They look decent, now we'll see if they hold -
Harry P.
Future (or clear enamel) works, Elmer's glue works.

High octane
For any clear parts I always use 2 part epoxy resin, Devcon clear is the one I favour ... Me too, as I also like Devcon 5-minute epoxy and use it for most of my builds.
Borgis
Formula 560 canopy glue. Flexible white glue that dries unvisible. Perfect for lenses and windows. When it's still wet it's easy to whipe of any excess glue with a soft cloth and some water.
Aaronw
Future, Elmers glue or Micro Kristal Klear depending on my mood and how the part fits. Future works great for parts that stay put, the Elmers or Kristal Klear are better for parts that need a little stickiness to stay in place while the glue cures, Kristal Klear is the stickiest of the three. Danno
I'm a Krystal Klear guy. Just can't beat it. Works great, dries invisible, and easier to work with than epoxy.
crazyjim
Micro Krystal Klear is my preference for all clear parts.
