  1. This's a probably an out of this world question, but is there anyone who makes a conversion kit to turn the AMT '70 Monte Carlo into a '72? My second car was my Mom's '72 Phantom Green Monte and I'd like to replicate it as close as I can without just painting the '70 that color and calling it done.
  2. I'm looking for these parts for the Revell Firebird Roberts '57 Ford. I had an incident where they went flying and my hobby room floor ate them. They're nowhere to be found. Would someone be able to help me out so I don't have to buy another whole kit? I greatly appreciate everybody looking.
  3. Rodent, Thanks for the info and the link. I had no idea. I looked on evilbay and tried different searches and was coming up empty.
  4. Which kits have an optional automatic transmission for a Dodge big block? I only have one and it's currently being used. I'm not so sure I want to use the obligatory 4sp with this new project since it's a drag car.
  5. Hey Tim, Where abouts did you find some of your Cold material? I have a resin Cilt body and I need a direction to go. I thought about utilizeing the chassis from a 'Fire Fighter' pro stock mustang.
  6. Now I have an excuse to drag my ultrasonic cleaner out of the closet. I have a ton of things that need the possible chance of being stripped quicker than the normal hurry up and wait session.
  7. Has anyone used any parts from this company and if so are they good castings and a good company to work with. Thanks in advance.
  8. Ok, I will have to withdraw then because I am not able to multitask when it comes to model projects and the one I'm working on now has to be done by the second week of April. I'll just have to watch and see if you hold another one like this.
  9. I have a closet FULL of projects like this. Some well over 10 years old or better. I'm in on this just so I can get 'closer' on some of these dead projects. I first have to finish my entry for our local clubs show the 2nd week in April. I haven't entered anything in well over 3 years, I'd really like to finish this one. I'll be 'killing 2 birds with 1 stone' Theme and hopefully qhich ever class I enter it in. Thanks for letting me ramble. Sorry in advance if it were to much.
  10. Is their anyone who makes a hardtop trans kit for the rereleased convertible/wagon kit for people who don't want to see if they rerelease the hardtop kit? Thanks in advance.
  11. I'm sure this question has been asked 100 times over but I'm only about to find topics posted from say 2009's. I would like to see if there is someone CURRENTLY producing an Eleanor trans kit of aome so? Thanks in advance.
  12. ........1969 Boss Mustang front bucket seats. I'm sorry for the hang up when I initially made my thread.
  13. I am building one of the newer Ford gasser kits to build a replica of a drag car a friend raced in his wilder years. I myself am not up to speed on Fords themselves, so I am in search of info to help me out some. The setup he ran way back when was a Paxton supercharged Y block. At this point I just want to know if the engine in the kit is a Y block or where to be able to get one. Also, I'm in search of a set of 1969 Boss Mustang. Can someone please help with info to help me out? It would be greatly appreciate it.
  14. Hey Rick, I was in your shoes in High School. My first car was a 1974 Ventura/GTO, 350cid, 3spd on the floor, bench seat, trunk car. I wish I still had it. I bought the full '72 Ventura body kit and a Nova donor kit so I could build my 1:1, too. I just don't have the confidence in myself to do all of the scratch building to convert it over to a '74. I would be happy to work WITH you and maybe we could figure it out together. Who knows, maybe we could build ourselves a couple of contest winners out of this pickle.
