  5. It seams like my ranger is still on the list got as far as building half the chassis, the warbird is about 90% complete just the small and fiddly bit left. Pat that Duster looks awesome might give my Mustang a run for it money

  7. Heres where i was at before the clear reacted to the decals And where im at with roughly 9 days left Mark my words my warbird will be finished in time!!!
  8. Decaled and will put some clear on tomorrow pic when dry. Sorry to hear that rob but your Daytona wasnt going to catch my warbird anyway
  9. Paints a flyin' just waiting for decals to show up so i can colour match. Got a fair bit done on my mustang over the past few weeks an update due when paint is done
  10. Heres where im up to on the Mustang Painted the chassis (there's a hint of where im going with the build) few touch ups to do Primed the engine and finished the air box, using a Ford Nascar motor with throttle body's and trans And finished the fuel tank
  11. Started filling the vent hole in the hood also cut out a small bit at the back for clearance for the air box Heres the fitment of the chassis to the body And the wheels ill be using Updated the front to resemble the new mustang front, also sealed off the front for better aero
  12. Got a fair bit done on my stang over started building the chassis on Indy 500 pole day Most of the chassis is done Only existing part used is the trans tunnel As you can see from these pictures how far the engine is going to be set back Also started on the rear clip Started on the body work with an extension to the GT500 spoiler Cut out the stock diffuser will be replaced with a new one
  13. I've started a new project for this years run, ill be building a 13' Ford Mustang out of a Revell Shelby GT500, i will still be building the DP Ranger but i thought this mustang will be a good cannonball car Plans are complete tube frame (ala trans am/sport sedan) with a Roush Yates Ford Nascar Engine, large fuel cell, sequential 6 speed gearbox and a few other trick items Build will more or less be a trans am car with a few mods Heres the kit im starting with minus the engine which i've used in a different project
  14. Here's my entry, started out building the interior tub, roll cage and dash started building on the Rolex 24 weekend and will be influenced by the cars in that race, I'm modeling my chassis off a Riley Daytona Prototype so in essence it will be a Riley Ford Ranger Daytona Prototype Here's the tub The roll cage The tub, cage and the start of the dash And the dash
