Can you say Zinger Project.....😁

I found it at a Goodwill store of all places. Alittle more detail, both the car and the boat can be motorized and all motors and electrical parts are included. While the kit is 1/24, the car seems a bit small to be pulling a boat that size.

Got this today. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not familiar with this brand or any Japanese kits for that matter. The boat and trailer is what intrigued me. Box is alitte rough but all contents were complete and sealed inside.

What did you see on the road today?

Saw this today while out enjoying a golf cart ride around town. Beautiful 70° day in Central Indiana. Slickest black paint I've ever seen. -

While the car in the tv show is a 33 It was much easier to convert a 34 coupe. This is the first car I've finished in about 3 years. And while its not perfect, (as was the real car far from perfect) it turned out just like i wanted. The kit itself is a nightmare to build. I started be cutting the top off of a 34 and member here generously donated at cowl and windshield frame from a 32 Ford. After that its basically a box stock kit. I've included a few tv show scenes so you get the idea.

New Nascar Models.........
Rocketman455 replied to Rocketman455's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
While you may be right about purchasing from eBay and the MSRP, i set-up at a show late last year in Indiana and there were more Nascar for $10 and under than i could have fit in my car. -
Ok here goes, and let me say up front that I'm not bad mouthing or bashing anyone or any business. Just simply trying to understand something. I just seen that a new Nascar (old) model is about to be released. While I like the driver he was never a Nascar super star. And given the current resale of Nascar kits that can be had for usually less than $10 at any given swapmeet(even for Super Star drivers) how can it be profitable for a company to release a new old kit and then charge over $50 for it. Im simply try to understand the thinking here.

This can be a builder or unbuilt kit. Just needs to have the stock parts. I have many kits new and vintage, I could trade for it. Thanks

Might be the only way you would ever catch it.....😁 -
You are correct, my street did indeed have one. It was a black garage built 55. It had the traditional Cragers, and a small hood scoop and a pretty ratty interior. I recently purchased a 1/16 55 to build it and had to buy a 57' just for the Crager wheels. Dont know when it will be built, but when I'm ready I will have everything to build it.

Ollie's strike again

While the sign does say $19.99, if you enlarge the pic, most every price tag says $12.99.
