Finished the bodywork on the Hudson-powered '41 Chevy "bobber", and got the first few coats of bronze on the cab and bed. I was goint to paint them the same yellow as the scoop, but decided to match them to the frame. I might go another route with the scoop now, too. I guess we'll see.

I'll join in with this, I just bought (exchanged a chincy RC helicopter from Christmas) 51DhpNxsTSL._SX425_.jpg

All I've done is spray the floor pan grey-blue and paint prep the body. Probably going to be stock, buyt I'd like to get some nice wheels for it. (I've also got two MKII Supras, but they're both curbside)

Inspired by Chuck's work and an appreciation for straight 6 engines...

Hudson 308 High Performance...I scratch built a high compression, dual plug head and 12 point distributor:

I have three weber style carbs going on the other side of the block along with custom headers. Then I have to figure out what to put it in.

I finally got the oil pan corrected, moving the sump area forward so it clear the steering components, moved the trans mount pad, and reshaped the lower bellhousing shield a bit:

On to finding/making a manual steering gear box and adding the /6 engine mounts to the K-member.
