Daniel Peterson
May's meeting was another good one. Nick "The Locust" Kern was absent, so everybody got a shot at the food today. The contest and display tables featured some great models and Ron Bradley, Ron Shirey and George Johnson dragged in a few hundred kits for sale. (Who needs WalMart anyway?) Jack Bouman must have an account at Sears hardware judging from his Firebird F/C. And Mike Hemp took a shine to a classic treatment of one of your basic black pick-ups. And I guess this is Blair Pletcher's take on the grim reaper's company car... For the rest of the photos, click here if you dare.

Daniel Peterson
Thanks for the great pics. Thanks! You were missed yesterday, but I understand you had a legitmate excuse. Mike's pick-up was sweet! The Firebird was insane, and Blair's entry had people buzzing. Then there were all the other models...very, VERY cool stuff. Cruz even demonstrated the correct posture for removing hubcaps...apparently part two of his ongoing series of midnight auto supply seminars. Good luck with the NNL next weekend. I had hoped to be there, but I am attending a memorial for a very close friend of mine. That's the only thing that could keep me away! Nick F40
sounded good by what dad told me. Even though I had food, it was a little expensive but I got to see REAL cars race! It was fun, i'll post up my pictures and videos. It kinda sucked not going though, no pics of the cool cars the people drove?
Daniel Peterson
It kinda sucked not going though, no pics of the cool cars the people drove? Mike Cole took some. I only shot pics from inside the hall. Ranks were thin because of the threat of rain, but Terry Myers did bring his roundy-round chevy. Larry arrived in his hew acquisition...a late model Mustang Cobra. CPMCC will soon stand for Central Pennsylvania Mustang Car Club...Adams, Cole, Tate, Landis, Gunshannon...that's 5 red Mustangs, two of which are Cobras I believe... Nick, if you're willing to help me out with the "cheddah" to buy one, I'll let you look at it longingly at it on the first Saturday of every month. Nick F40
Nick, if you're willing to help me out with the "cheddah" to buy one, I'll let you look at it longingly at it on the first Saturday of every month. I heard about that Cobra, I LOVE those things, especially the supercharger! It sounds good to me and yeah we sould name it that at least, since Matt couldn't name it the Central PA MIATA Car Club! speaking of red mustangs, here's a short clip of my uncle's friends Mustang at the hillclimbs, this is a good sound!
