Yes, I am still working on the double deuce project! There have been some problems- parts and assemblies breaking, parts not fitting, general headaches- and remember, we do this for FUN!

rolling chassis (anyone know the plural for chassis?), installing brake hoses. Note the subtle difference between narrow older tires and wider newer tires.

Interiors with engine turned (sort of) aluminum dashes. Model Car Garage gauge faces. S.C.T.A. dash plaques. Scratch built hand pump for fuel for blue deuce. Control knobs for lights, wipers, and choke turned in a rotary tool.

Front view of interiors with seats placed- I attempted to simulate worn, cracking leather with dry brushed flat light tan- any comments on how this looks very welcome.

More to come.....

This is the third set of headers for the Boss 429- the first scratch built set hung way too low, held the front off the ground, tried to shorten them, but they didn't look right, second altered set had clearance problems, and these needed major surgury to line up with the heads....

Finally some paint- needs some light touch up sanding and clear coat, then ready for u-no-what!

The flathead now has a scratch built junction box for all the wiring, which will mount on the firewall. It has a cover for the left side which will go on after all the wires are trimmed. Still need oil lines, fuel lines, and throttle linkage. Starting to wire the Boss 429. Two plugs per cylinder, a lot of spaghetti, plus one wire per distributor will be routed to a firewall mounted super coil. Had a bear of a time getting the wire looms to stay put- another hold up. Need to work on the Weber carbs to get the throttle rod to go through at the same level- more tinkering definitely needed.
