james460
Having grown up in the 50/60's I can't tell you how many 65/66 Mustangs I've seen done this way in real life. Bubble hood big and little tires jacked to the sky. Nice work brings back some really good memorys. Again excellent work.

unclescott58
Fun to see one built. I'm also disappointed now that I've seen one built. Your build is great. In other words the work you did is great. But, boy! I had heard bad things about this kit in the past. People weren't exaggerating. The angle of windshield and door vent wings look terrible. It's a shame. Round 2 is reissuing this kit for Mustang's 50th Anniversary. After seeing your, even as nice of a job as you did with it, I will not be buying the reissue. webestang
Thanks guys! Your right Scott....I had to glue the doors shut and they still didn't fit just right. I also don't like the fact that you can see all the way trough behind the rear tires....LOL James460...........a buddy of mine had an 1970 AMC Javlin jacked just like this one back in high school 1983. He bought it from a moonshine runner in Kentucky. The 401 V8 in it was all hopped up as well, that thing was scary fast. Anyway, I'm glad when I bought this kit it came with that cool teardrop hood in resin. Had to make shocks that would fit the jacking up......LOL Edited May 20, 2014 by webestang

bob terry
You've done a great job on this kit. I have to ask though, It looks to me the windshield is laid back too far, Is this an illusion created by camera angle, or is the kit itself flawed? I noticed that and I thought, that doesn't look quite right.

Jaguar man 21
Very cool seeing this awsome build makes want to finish my 1/16 cobra, but there's plenty of kits to finish first
