  1. So was it ready at last. Not the best kit in town but funny to make a little different with it, right out of the box.
  2. Hello, this is my second mpc Charger kit I am building on and have come to the wheels. My problems are the wheels settings, especially the front wheels. At first I got them them outside the body, had to take away a lot of the fasteners on the inside, is this something that is normal for the kit or am I doing something wrong here? This is how it is sitting just now. It shall be painted matt black.
  3. So was the motor ready and installed. Next be to paint parts under it and think out how I shall get on the wheels back right.
  4. The build goes on. The floor pan insert did so the chassis got down at the front so I glued it on between the chassis rails, on the film I saw the man did not glue it on. Most of the parts are now on the chassis. Glued a front panel and had to hold the body straight when it dried. At the moment I am painting parts. The instructios is not easy.
  5. Ok, so time to show what I have done so fare on the moodel. There was some flash and spots on the body, no bigger problems. Tried to get up the interior but it was not easy. More easy was it to get up the back bumper for to eleminate the gaps to the body. I now the motor is wrong, but I don't care as I shall not have the model at any competition, but it looks quite ok. Had to glue a suport to the left side of the bonnet for to get it up in line with the body.
  6. Thank you all for all good information about the kit!
  7. Aha, thank you! Was some funny guys there at JO-HAN, but made some nice objects.
  8. Hello, Have had this kit, JO-HAN, Cadillac Eldorado Rancher, some years and have now started on it. Now I see it does not look as the one on the box or instruction, not the same year model. Is this normal for JO-HAN to do so? Have anyone here built it? Svake
  9. Have been building models since middle of 60th, mostly Aircrafts, loves the F-104 Starfighter, but also likes to build cars in 24/25 scale. Have not done so many, more half-made then full-made. English not the best but do my best. 61 year and retired, plenty of time to build models. Looks as a very nice forum. Best regards to all. Svake
