1970 Shadow AVS Mark 1 Chevrolet, at Laguna Seca I think. Designed by trevor harris and driven by George Follmer and Vic Elford. Man that musta been scary! And this one never one anything, I believe. The DN4A came later.


The AVS didn't win a championship though.

sorry to say the 1970 Shadow AVS Mark 1 Chevrolet didn't win a Can Am championship any years.

It looks like Nick was just out having the turbo installed. Was that a leftover from a Suzuki GSXR 600 project?

Oh yeah..... You've never seen Nick inhale chilli at a club meeting.

REO came about after Ransom Olds got disgusted with the direction his company was taking, and struck out with another venture using his initials- Ransom Eli Olds. Is it a Flanders?
