Photo Etched Seat Belts

Not sure if I've got the right section or not, sorry if it's not.
What I'd like to know is how to use the seat belt hardware, have just got a set sent to me BUT like most of their stuff there is now instructions on using them. I have the sheet with the instructions of what to do with photo-etch but nothing on what bits are what.
As can be seen by the picture the parts for the buckle on the top line have fold marks, but once folded what do you do then

Anyway, I'm sure many people on here will chime in as to what they use for the actual seatbelt. I use strips of masking tape which I paint whatever color with acrylic paints. Some people use very thin ribbon. I've heard of one guy who slices toothpaste tubes (after they are empty) to use as the belts.
Whatever you use, it goes through the loop at the end of the buckle (top row) After you fold it and make a little square box.
I believe the bottom 3 rows are basically race car buckles.
