More than likely many have already seen this 'how to' of mine on other boards, but I really enjoy sharing it. I came up with it on a VW Beetle, but it really can apply to most cars.
Thanks for the kind words, you guys. That '66 is one of my favorite builds, and it was once misjudged because it was mistaken as a Franklin Mint model at a show.

Neat trick! I'm tempted to try it out to make opening "safari" windshields on my barely in-progress ratty singlecab. Almost...since I'd have to remove the molded trim from the body and then make the trim on the windshield parts themselves. Decisions, decisions
