Just a box stock Vega I did several years ago (like 11 or so). Model's been in the MHRA museum for the last 8 or 9 years.

I always liked this body shape from the classic era of funny's.
This car was on the first copy of Hot Rod I ever bought, Feb 1973.
I still have the body of an MPC Barry Setzer Vega, all decal'd up and nowhere to go as the chasis is long gone.
Thanks for showing, John

I also like the Vega body style, doesn't matter if it's stock or whatever. I lived one year in San Diego 1971-72, when the Vega was new, and I liked the little Chevy right away. Also have the same kit, unbuilt, but plan to make it into a Pisano/Matsubara version, since I'm such a sucker for candy red cars..... I have the decals, so it's just a matter of getting started..... ;)
