I do not know Terry personally but he used to display his models at various shows here in the UK. Unfortunatley we do not have any national shows I am aware of now due to a lack of participants but he also used to write a section in some UK based rod mags such as Custom Car or Classic American.He created the BMWillys, Secruity Express, an unbelievable 32' and a couple others.

I would try putting a call out on the NSRA UK website/forum, someone there may have a link.
Other UK builders who may know him are Matt Irvine or Richard Coney.
