I am looking for someone who makes custome decals, cheap of coarse! I just need one set for a local short track car from the 70's that I am working on. I have pictures. Thanks

Bill, Have you tried Keith Marks? He sells quite a bit on ebay under kmarks999.
He does special orders for a nominal fee. Turnaround is excellent and his decals are top notch items.
The best way to get hold of him is through ebay.
